BMR Mechanical provides HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, consultation, and related services for residential, commercial, and Airbnb properties in Florida. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, material supply, and applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion.
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer; changes to the scope of work may affect the final price. Written approval or a signed service agreement is required before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, and approved financing. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate allowed by law, plus any collection costs.
You agree to:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
Disclose any known hazards, structural issues, or previous HVAC repairs.
Follow maintenance recommendations to preserve warranty coverage.
Comply with local building codes and permit requirements (unless otherwise handled by us).
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service availability is not guaranteed.
Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment. BMR Mechanical offers a limited labor warranty as specified in your service agreement. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMR Mechanical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of income, or equipment failure. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
